TRAVEL

Enjoy life like a local teenager while living with a host family that has a student your age and with similar interests.

Travel off the beaten path and discover hidden gems that most tourists (and even locals!) will never see in their lifetime.

Food is a cornerstone of all of our trips, so we have personally tested and approved all restaurants students will visit.

Delve deeper into the culture by participating in cooking classes, visiting local food markets, watching live music and dance, etc.

We aim to make tours engaging for teens, often using Segways, E-Bikes, or scavenger hunts for added excitement.

We are passionate about travel and culture and want students to fall in love as much as we have with the country.

“LNL provided an amazing opportunity to experience French family life and culture.”

“We are very happy with the experience our son had in Spain. He got to visit a wide variety of culturally interesting sites, try some different and delicious food, and spend time with Spanish students his age. He said his Spanish improved as a result as well. He returned home so excited from the trip and it sparked his interest in doing more international travel.”

“Live N Learn gave my daughter the experience of a lifetime. They handled everything. From tour guides, authentic hotels, food, and places that a tourist wouldn’t know about. She experienced Spain as a Spaniard would! She cannot wait to go back!”

“It was an opportunity to immerse myself in every aspect of another culture, it allowed me to learn about their history and about every small detail about the art and architecture and how it ties into the beliefs of people who stood there hundreds of years ago. This opportunity allowed me to improve my Spanish in a way I never could before. Also the food was amazing and it towers above most of our food.”

“You should take this trip because, the relationships you make with other people that will last a while, even if you’re not in the same state as them. The relationships with the chaperones are also great. Your host family will be like your second family for a week and you can keep in touch with them and they will feel like family.”
